Our project, rAI, was developed under the criteria of designing a new brand identity and product by merging two distinct companies—FedEx and Cadillac—to create a seamless system-driven experience. By integrating FedEx’s backend logistics, modularity, and real-time tracking with Cadillac’s autonomous technology and travel focus, we designed an AI-powered agent that enhances self-driving vehicles with dynamic route optimization, predictive servicing, and interactive user control. Through this process, I learned how to analyze company identities, extract core brand values, and translate them into an intuitive, scalable design system, particularly in building a cohesive UI framework, interaction patterns, and a responsive web experience that effectively communicates complex functionalities to users.
